We\'re looking for a data-driven and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Specialist (B2B, Search & LinkedIn Ads) to own and scale our paid media channels – primarily LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads. About the Role
As our Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you\'ll take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition strategies across key platforms. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive high-quality leads, lower CAC, and ensure that our brand reaches the right people at the right time.
We're looking for someone who\'s not afraid to get into the weeds with campaign setup, A/B testing, and analytics – but also knows how to think strategically about budget allocation and growth levers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Paid Channels: Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conversion-Focused Campaigns: Build and manage full-funnel campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and demos for our sales team.
- Ad Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with our design team on visuals that perform.
- Landing Page Optimization: Work with our web and content team to ensure ad traffic converts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights using tools like GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage monthly budgets to maximize pipeline generation and cost-efficiency.
- Audience Targeting: Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, including job titles, industries, and company sizes.
- Experimentation: Develop and run structured experiments to test new tactics, creatives, and channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B performance/growth marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
- Proven track record of generating leads and optimizing campaigns for conversions in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with performance dashboards and marketing analytics tools.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in life sciences, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus.
