A Day In The LifeThe Senior Growth Analyst conducts thorough marketing program audits and crafts integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Determine optimal budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the customer journey.
- Collaborate with channel specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan.
- Gather insights about the client, their industry, vertical, similar clients, and competitors.
- Work with specialists to validate forecasts and ensure projections align with client objectives and business requirements.
- 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and ecosystems.
- Experience managing large sets of campaigns and/or clients with high spend per month.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
- Familiarity with the larger marketing landscape and media buying ecosystem.
- Familiarity with earned media channels and audience insight tools.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Asana and Slack.
