Chief Growth Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Expert & Growth Marketer to elevate our sales and marketing engine.
This role combines deep technical expertise in HubSpot with strategic marketing skills, including automation, lead nurturing, campaign optimization, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is both a systems architect and a growth-minded marketer who can design scalable processes, uncover insights from data, and execute campaigns that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Owning workflows, automations, pipelines, and reporting within HubSpot.
- Building and optimizing campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert SMB executives.
- Partnering with our sales team to improve lead handoff, scoring, and conversion.
- Designing dashboards and delivering insights on pipeline performance and ROI.
- Continuously improving campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven strategies.
5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub (HubSpot certifications required).
Proven experience in designing and managing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.
A strong marketing background with a track record in B2B demand generation, inbound, and ABM.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and campaign attribution.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams.
Experience in MSP/IT services, SaaS, or B2B professional services preferred.
