About the Role

  • To drive demand generation and digital growth, the Head of Marketing will design and execute a growth roadmap aligned to business objectives.
  • They will lead and inspire a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Owning messaging and thought leadership, they will differentiate the SaaS company in the market.
  • Spearheading demand generation, they will scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
  • Partnering with business development, they will strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Developing case studies, communities, and advocacy programs, they will showcase client success.
  • Defining KPIs, tracking ROI, and refining strategies, they will take a data-first approach.
  • Leading ad hoc marketing initiatives, they will support evolving business priorities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • A proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complex SaaS products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.
