Job Description

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will build and scale digital ad campaigns that directly impact revenue growth. You will work closely with analytics stakeholders to launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns and play a key role in scaling creative output through User-Generated Content (UGC) initiatives.

  • Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads and Google Ads strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and return on ad spend (ROAS) targets.
  • Expand reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns, where applicable.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in e-commerce performance marketing, preferably with direct response campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization principles.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks, content iteration, and scaling UGC campaigns.
Preferred Experience
  • Advertising experience on LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Prior involvement with organic SEO strategies.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced agency environment.
