Job Description
Talent Acquisition
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
* Utilize data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies.
Employer Branding
* Develop and execute employer branding campaigns aligned with company values and EVP (Employee Value Proposition).
* Manage the organization's presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other career platforms.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create engaging content showcasing company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities.
* Organize and participate in career fairs, university partnerships, and industry events.
* Monitor brand perception and candidate feedback to continuously improve employer brand strategy.

* Familiarity with recruitment platforms and branding tools is an advantage.
