As a Talent Development Partner , you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and maximizing the potential of the organization's employees. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing development initiatives to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce that aligns with our business and people strategy.

Training and Learning Programs
  1. Design, implement, and facilitate training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing colleagues'/managers' skills, knowledge, and performance, including onboarding, interpersonal skills, and line manager training.
  2. Utilize a variety of delivery methods, including digital learning, workshops, coaching, etc.
  3. Work closely with Talent Development colleagues to ensure that learning content is approached in a holistic and aligned way.
Performance Management
  1. Partner with the People Team to integrate talent development initiatives into the performance management process.
  2. Provide support and guidance to managers in setting OKRs, conducting performance management cycles, and providing feedback.
Talent Identification and Assessment
  1. Utilize various tools and methods to identify high-potential colleagues across all levels within the organization.
  2. Conduct assessments to evaluate skills, competencies, and potential for advancement.
Development Planning
  1. Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to support the creation of individual development plans for colleagues based on their career aspirations, strengths, and areas for improvement, ensuring alignment between individual goals and the organization's objectives.
Career Pathing
  1. Work collaboratively with the business areas to create or refresh career paths.
  2. Work with the Digital Learning team and relevant SMEs to provide resources and support that enable colleagues to self-serve and facilitate their careers.
Stakeholder Management
  1. Work closely with other Centers of Excellence to create a connected and comprehensive approach to colleague experience.
Evaluation/ROI
  1. Conduct assessments, surveys, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of development programs.
Qualifications
  1. Experience designing, implementing, and facilitating progressive, evidence-based, and inclusive learning programs, including Management & Leadership Development.
  2. Able to put the learner at the heart of content curation and creation.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  4. Strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and trends.
  5. Experience using psychometric tools is desirable.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Experience Platforms or Learning Management Systems.
  7. Must be amenable to working in a hybrid setup (2x a week in the office), late morning shift (10 am), at BGC, Taguig.
