The ideal candidate will perform a variety of duties to help the team get the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Handle various sourcing channels such as employee referral, applicant referral, job portals and other external branding activities
- Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews
- Schedule applicants for further evaluation
- Deliver quality candidates to Operations and Shared Services
- Update databases and tools in real-time
- Assist with onboarding and process orientation for new team members
- Develop reports and trackers to evaluate hiring effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Preferably 6 months experience in talent acquisition with a BPO background handling sourcing or recruitment processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask efficiently
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Will to work extended hours including Saturdays and Holidays if necessary
