The Workspace Solutions Manager at KMC is responsible for driving sales conversion through client requirement probing, solutions creation, leading workplace design workshops, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure.
This role requires expertise in leading a team of salespeople, handling negotiation, site selection, and creating proposals and RFP responses. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing ERP, CRM systems, and other sales tools and automation systems used by the company. They should be a strategic thinker with strong people management skills and the ability to build and lead a solid sales team to achieve their quotas.

- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays for Enterprise Solutions
- Coordinate site visits with clients
- Follow up with clients on ongoing BTS engagements and potential opportunities
- Attend client meetings with the Head of Enterprise Solutions (AVP)
- Develop quotes and proposals (full accountability of costing/P&L rests with the AVP)
- Document notes from client meetings regarding requirements, design, and build details
- Coordinate internal and supplier meetings for design and implementation
- Attend networking events to develop new leads
- Maintain and grow business by interacting with top corporations
- Utilize LinkedIn and other networks to generate leads and develop client relationships
- Develop new accounts through prompt and proactive inquiries
- Seek referrals by expanding existing client relationships
- Achieve sales targets (TBD)
- Lead project management activities, including event planning
- Use industry contacts to generate new business
- Manage outbound sales campaigns and calls
- Maintain active presence on social networks for lead development
- Assist in strategic initiatives to drive revenue
- Handle end-to-end sales activities for serviced office leads, with handover to VP for Sales for specific leads
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven sales management experience with a strong track record, typically 5+ years.

- Knowledge of sales processes, including RFP and site inspections
- Negotiation skills and client relationship management
