Job Title:

Sales Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an administrative professional to provide vital support to our sales team. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include preparing change orders for operations and finance teams, as well as filing and retrieving sales-related documents. You will also be responsible for updating internal databases with account information, liaising with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and in-sales service, and assisting with RFP responses.

This is a great opportunity to develop your organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to effectively collaborate and achieve common goals.

Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in basic applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Able to learn and understand various computer systems
  • Strong problem-solving ability and excellent organization skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and verbal/written communication skills
Working Conditions:

This role is based in a normal office environment, requiring extended viewing of computer screens. It involves spending time at a computer workstation and desk, moving throughout the department or other locations to access or exchange information, and may involve carrying loads up to 50 lbs.
