We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Agency Operations Specialist who will help us keep our agency force running at peak efficiency while ensuring compliance and top-tier service delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency across our agency distribution network.

  • Ensure every process aligns with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and implement effective solutions.

  • Manage resources and budgets to maximize impact while maintaining financial health.

  • Lead operational projects from planning to completion, hitting deadlines and objectives.

  • Cascade policies, initiatives, and updates to our agency force to keep everyone aligned and informed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of operations management experience (life insurance or financial services preferred).

  • Strong project management skills; PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • A leader who thrives on improving processes and delivering results.
