Job Title: Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming queries and requests related to Invoicetrack, ensuring smooth operations and system functionality.
  • Analyze and resolve process and system errors, forwarding complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Handle user administration, including granting permissions for non-admin roles in Invoicetrack.
  • Monitor the Invoicetrack system, ensuring all interfaces function as expected.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a relevant field of study.
  • Knowledge and experience with procurement processes.
  • Proven ability to effectively address complex challenges by recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Strong customer service orientation, coupled with an adaptable and open mindset.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and task management skills.
  • Demonstrated affinity for IT systems and technology.
