Together, we operate GetaFIX, the biggest Internet eXchange in the Philippines that helps the efficiency of content and connectivity in the country. We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

The Executive Assistant is a strategic partner to the CEO, providing comprehensive administrative and executive support. This role involves managing a complex calendar, prioritizing tasks, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual with exceptional communication skills.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the CEO, fielding calls, emails, and requests
- Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, minimizing conflicts and ensuring optimal scheduling
- Prepare for meetings by gathering relevant materials, coordinating with attendees, and taking detailed notes during meetings
- Prioritize and manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Deliver business communications to vendors, investors, stakeholders, and leadership team members when needed
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Coordinate and manage business arrangements with the CEO and other stakeholders
- Accompany and/or represent the CEO at high-level events and conferences
- Oversee and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO
- Oversee expense reports and reimbursements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Handle highly confidential information with utmost discretion
- Prepare confidential documents and reports as required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a C-suite executive
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in international setting is preferable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Experience with scheduling and travel management software
