Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive Assistant & Admin to support the CEO with administrative and HR-related tasks. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, effective follow-ups, and proper documentation of key processes.

The ideal candidate thrives in a no-nonsense, high-standard work environment, values direct and honest communication, and embraces IT tools to improve efficiency. She should be multifunctional, able to prioritize tasks, and maintain a structured workflow while keeping an eye on every detail.

Over time, this role may evolve into a more strategic HR or operational management position, depending on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Task Follow-Ups & Administrative Support

  • Ensure all tasks assigned by the CEO are completed on time and meet expected standards.
  • Track and follow up on pending tasks, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Manage documentation, reports, and internal communication to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Assist in general office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Human Resources & Compliance

  • Handle timekeeping and attendance monitoring for all employees.
  • Process leave requests and ensure proper documentation and approval flows.
  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate evaluations.
  • Support onboarding processes and employee record management.

Efficiency & Organization

  • Use IT tools and automation to enhance workflow efficiency and record-keeping.
  • Maintain structured processes for admin and HR tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring critical items are handled first.

  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in HR functions.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using IT tools, automation, and digital workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to communicate directly and honestly.
  • Comfortable in a no-nonsense, high-standard work environment that values efficiency and accountability.
