We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Strategic Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of Gratitude Philippines. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrator and executive support-related tasks.

The Strategic Support Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO's office. This includes screen and prioritizing communications, ensuring seamless coordination with various departments and teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Email and Inbox Management
  • Minute and Action taking – attend key meetings to take minutes and actions arising from the meeting, send a summary to attendees post-meeting etc.
  • Task Management using Zoho One suite of modules for CRM, Projects, Marketing and Task management.
  • Business Writing – take dictated and written instructions from the CEO to help with business document preparation.
  • Event Planning – organize, plan and manage all client related events such as dinners, roundtable lunches and partner events.
  • Assist in payroll, HR management, general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Marketing Support – provide assistance to our marketing efforts such as managing our LinkedIn account, email distribution marketing (EDM) and webinars.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • With at least 2 – 4 + years of direct hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO.
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
  • This position is for serious, career-oriented candidates.
  • Can work independently without supervision.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
