Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the CEO of Genteel Home Philippines, ensuring efficient management of personal and professional affairs. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, capable of overseeing the CEO's finances, coordinating business meetings, managing events, and handling personal errands. A passion for furniture, interior design, fashion, travel, and culture is highly advantageous.

Working Days and Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Oversight: Assist in monitoring and managing the CEO's personal and business finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and liaising with financial advisors.
  2. Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the CEO's schedule, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are organized efficiently.
  3. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for business meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  4. Event Planning: Plan and execute company events, social gatherings, and other engagements as required.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.
  6. Personal Assistance: Handle personal errands and tasks to support the CEO's day-to-day activities.
  7. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree from De La Salle University, Ateneo de Manila University, University of the Philippines, University of Asia and the Pacific, Enduran Colleges, and other prestigious educational institutions is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years' of industry experience as an executive support, hotel and airlines, or in a similar role is an advantage.
  3. Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with financial management tools.
  4. Strong understanding of business etiquette and corporate communication.
  5. Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality concerning sensitive information.
  6. Organizational Skills: Exhibit superior organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  7. Proactive Attitude: Anticipate needs and take initiative without requiring constant direction.
  8. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Cultural Appreciation: Possess a genuine interest in furniture, interior design, fashion, travel, and culture.
