Job Description:

We're looking for an Instructional Designer, Compliance Training to join our Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to conduct compliance training monitoring and follow up by compiling statistics and improving existing training tracking tools and training follow up mechanism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and compelling digital learning content for business units across Manulife domain.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and identify target audience's training needs.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal guidance.
• Review course deliverables to ensure the quality of the content as related to effective learning design, consistency, accuracy, instructional language, and relevance to curriculum needs and requirements.
• Conduct compliance training monitoring and follow up by compiling statistics and improving existing training tracking tools and training follow up mechanism.
• Be the one-stop help-desk service for advising and supporting MBPS Compliance on the use of the compliance training platform including: exploring Compass functions; coordinating compass usage training; responding to MBPS employees' inquiries on Compass;
• Perform simple LMS troubleshooting to MBPS employees, if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
• Experience: Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in curriculum/instructional design operating Articulate Storyline.
• Schedule: Morning Shift 9:00AM-6PM Manila time
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid. Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation).

Skills Requirement:

• Proven skills on applications like Adobe Illustrator, SharePoint Front End, and TechSmith Camtasia.
• Ability to learn new applications including learning management system. Proficient with MS Office Suite and eLearning design Knowledge and relevant application of instructional theories and adult learning principles.
• Ability to work with multicultural and virtual teams.
• Strong verbal communication, project management, and presentation skills.
