Learning and Development Professional
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
Responsibilities:- Develop training schedules and materials based on organizational needs and employee skill gaps.
- Conduct in-person training sessions covering topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
- Evaluate employee performance and skills levels through assessments, quizzes, and practical demonstrations.
- Direct reporting to Sr. HR Manager.
- Provide constructive feedback and individual coaching to employees.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and generate reports to track effectiveness and compliance.
- Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Teaching, or Organizational Development.
- Minimum of 3+ years working in a learning and development environment.
- Curriculum development and/or graphical design experience.
- Instructional design experience including production and management of e-learning content.
- Mid-Senior level
