Job Title:

Learning and Development Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop training schedules and materials based on organizational needs and employee skill gaps.
  • Conduct in-person training sessions covering topics such as product knowledge, sales techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
  • Evaluate employee performance and skills levels through assessments, quizzes, and practical demonstrations.
  • Direct reporting to Sr. HR Manager.
  • Provide constructive feedback and individual coaching to employees.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities and generate reports to track effectiveness and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Teaching, or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum of 3+ years working in a learning and development environment.
  • Curriculum development and/or graphical design experience.
  • Instructional design experience including production and management of e-learning content.
