
Territory Sales Specialist

The Territory Sales Specialist is in charge of accounts acquisition and retention, competition monitoring, agency relationship management, and local warehousing.
Close sales to reach monthly and annual sales volume targets.
Creates route plans that balances excellent account management and keeping cost-to-route and cost-per-call within budget.
Manage relationship with clients/accounts and key agencies in assigned area/s
Conducts technical/demo selling.
Tracks competitor activity in order to come up with appropriate sales strategies to gain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any business course
At least two years of experience in B2B sales is required
At least two years of experience in making and planning field routing
Must be from the exact city of operations and familiar with the entire provincial scope below
Previous experience in the construction materials industry and/or FMCG, retail, or general trade industry is preferred
Must own a motorcycle or car and possess a driver's license (to ease routing tasks)
