Credit Operations Support Role
  • Job Summary

Supports and assists the Branch Head in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of branch premises in accordance with company standards, while performing a range of administrative tasks including managing office supplies, filing documents, and processing office expenses.

  • Key Responsibilities
Assists the Branch Head in credit operations and loan processing:Receives clients and attends to their inquiries regarding loan application, ensuring timely feedback is provided on the status of applications.Pre-screens clients to determine their financial needs, pension type, and eligibility for loan application, securing the necessary documentation to facilitate loan processing.Conducts verification processes to determine clients' pension status, loanable limits, and accuracy of information provided in submitted requirements.Encodes loan information into databases and prepares necessary documentation to initiate the loan approval process.Coordinates with the Head Office for loan payment processing and release, facilitating timely release of loan proceeds to borrowers.Assists the Branch Head in preparing documents/data for management reporting and identifies areas for process improvements in accordance with customer needs and company requirements.Customer Relations ManagementEngages clients and attends to their inquiries according to customer service standards, suggesting ways to improve customer service practices based on day-to-day client interactions.Branch Administrative ManagementSupports and assists the Branch Head in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of branch premises, managing inventory of office supplies, maintaining efficient filing systems, and processing actions needed for branch maintenance.OthersPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Branch Head.
