Admin Accounting Assistant

Job Function: He/she will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. He/she is responsible for coordinating the daily administrative duties of the company. He/she is also responsible for activities by helping and assisting the operational requirements of the company such as obtaining materials at minimum cost, receiving important documents and sending the documents to the person/s or department concerned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling office administrative tasks such as filing, generating reports and assistance for the needs of the employees and other operational concerns.
- Ensures administrative and operation cost figures are correctly recorded and relevant expenses accounted for.
- Monitors daily input of stock movement (purchasing, receiving, issuing, transfers, sales) into the computer system on a cost basis.
- Prepares timetable and stock sheets for regular stock takes and coordinates timely counting and valuation.
- Ensures sufficient supply of all stationery items required for efficient operation.
- Maintains correct security procedures according to Kitchen/Company policy.
- Performs other duties that may be required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance or relevant field strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience working in cost control
- Management experience strongly preferred
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
