We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant with excellent communication and writing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a can-do attitude

In this full-time, onsite role (Manila or Cebu office under an Independent Contractor agreement), you will assist management with daily admin tasks, handle inboxes and calls, coordinate travel, manage data and reports, and support occasional social media scheduling, basic graphic design, and newsletter creation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple email accounts
  • Write EDM's/newsletters
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, scheduling meetings
  • Monitoring online orders
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
  • Data management, including data entry, extraction, analysis
  • Social media design and management
Education and Work Experience:
  • A minimum of (3) years of experience as Admin Assistant
  • Graphic design experience
  • Associate degree in a related field
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Amenable to work in Manila or Cebu office
