Role Description

This is a contract role for a Finance Supervisor, based on-site in Cagayan De Oro City. The Finance Supervisor will oversee daily financial operations, manage accounting records, prepare financial reports, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities. Other responsibilities include supervising a team of finance professionals and collaborating with different departments to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Experience in financial analysis and forecasting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Team leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred
