DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform a wide range of administrative and finance support activities for the property assignment and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

  • Accommodate visitors and clients of the property
  • Prepare meetings, appointments and special events for managers or supervisors
  • Updates accounting records such as Cash Receipts Book (CRB) schedule
  • Reconciles the cash receipt book to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Checks any discrepancies by reconciling bills, sales receipts and bank deposit records
  • Handles and resolves billing from unit owners and tenants concerns by examining customer payment, payment history and coordinating with the collection/payment department
  • Coordinates with Superior for instructions and submission of required reports
  • Performs other related responsibilities as required or assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (Finance/Accounting/Business course or equivalent)
  • With at least 1 year experience in accounting processes and/or bookkeeping, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables
  • Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • With pleasing personality and good client relations
  • Required Language(s): English, Filipino
  • Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday
  • Must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro
