Branding and Procurement Supervisor manages both the Branding and Procurement departments. This includes overseeing branch conditions, location scouting, design, repairs, and renovations, as well as distributing branding materials and maintaining the region's social media presence. Additionally, the supervisor leads supplier negotiations, manages the procurement process, and ensures timely delivery of supplies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Branding, Procurement, or a similar field.
  • Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Strong leadership skills (especially for Procurement).
  • Ability to coordinate and manage cross-department collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Location Scouting & Lease Management

Identify and secure ideal branch locations, working closely with Lessor, HR, Legal, and Finance for lease agreements, permits, and payment processing.

  • Branch Design & Renovation

Oversee all aspects of branch design, repairs, and renovations to ensure brand consistency and operational functionality.

  • Branding Materials Distribution

Allocate and distribute branding materials to all branches, ensuring consistent brand presence across locations.

  • Supplier & Contractor Coordination

Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors for branch needs (e.g., CCTV installations, repairs), ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

  • Social Media Presence & Digital Media

Ensure J&T Express is active on social media platforms and maintains a strong, positive reputation. Collaborate with the Digital Media Design team on media-related requests.

  • Procurement Process Management

Oversee the procurement process, including canvassing, purchase requests, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries to meet operational needs.

  • Corporate Social Responsibility

Initiate and lead CSR programs in collaboration with local government units (LGUs) and NGOs to promote community engagement and brand image.

  • Branch Code Updates

Update branch codes in coordination with the IT department to ensure all systems are aligned.
