Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales to the top customers of the company and maintain these key relationships over time.
  • Build long-term and beneficial relationships with the clients.
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the clients, identifying opportunities for collaborative work for mutual benefits.
  • Regularly act as the main point for all key client matters; anticipate the client's needs and ensure deadlines are met; ensure expectations are clear and properly delivered to aid in successful project completion.
  • Acquire new business from existing clients and develop business relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or a relevant field;
  • Four to five years' previous work experience in sales management, key account management, or relevant experience, preferably in a technical/engineering field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • More than average computer skills, and with knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly strong in Excel.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
  • Proven results in delivering results and meeting sales goals
  • Self-starting
