About the role

As a Construction Manager at global elite developers inc', you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of high-profile construction projects in Cainta Rizal. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project execution and client liaison.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  2. Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery

  3. Monitoring and controlling project budgets, invoices, and financial records to maintain financial accountability

  4. Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing effective strategies to address them

  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

  6. Providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders

  7. Mentoring and leading a team of construction professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects

  2. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple stakeholders

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members

  4. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices, as well as a deep understanding of building codes and regulations

  5. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools, such as project management software, scheduling software, and BIM tools

  6. A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  7. Licensed is a must.
