About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception through to completion. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality standards, safety, and deadlines are met within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements
  • Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders and senior management
  • Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during construction
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage procurement of materials and negotiation with vendors
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing per plan and quality expectations
  • Maintain documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and meeting minutes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial, residential, or infrastructure)
  • With experience in BRIDGES AND RAILWAY
  • Proven track record of managing construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, Primavera)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CCM, or equivalent project management certification
  • OSHA 30-hour certification or similar safety credentials
  • Experience managing large-scale or multi-site construction projects
  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
