Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store in Naga to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the store.
  • Analyze store performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
  • Drive excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Store GM should have:
