Position overviewWe are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our team in Region 5. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market share within the construction industry by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Bicol Region.
Tasks & responsibilitiesProspecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within the construction industry in Luzon.
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms to generate leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points to effectively tailor sales pitches.
Sales and Business Development:
Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for product improvement or new opportunities.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, conversations, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Must possess an updated Driver's License.
