Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive (field sales) to join our Delhi-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships in the medical devices sector. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and contributing to the growth of the company in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Delhi region.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients such as hospitals, healthcare facilities, and medical distributors.
  • Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts, including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement officers.
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value propositions of our products and services.
  • Sales Process & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation of sales activities.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor the market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Delhi region to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and feedback on product performance to the senior management team.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and post-sales support.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff (if applicable), sharing insights and strategies for sales success.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (preferably with a background in life sciences, engineering, or healthcare-related fields).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the medical device or healthcare technology sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively with C-level executives, doctors, and procurement teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience using MS Office Suite for reporting and managing sales activities.
  • Self-Motivated: Strong drive and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi region as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Salary provided will range from 360000 pa- 420000 pa and preferably person who has around at least 5 years or more of experience in the medical field/device industry need apply.
