Celon is looking for aproactive and versatile Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution while also supporting sales initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution, working across campaigns, CRM management, events, content creation, and digital marketing to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • CRM & Email Marketing: Maintain and optimise the CRM, craft targeted email campaigns, and track engagement.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, proposal materials, and outreach.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Content & Design Coordination: Work with designers to create marketing materials, website updates, and brand assets.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor marketing and sales effectiveness, providing insights to improve strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Strong CRM and email marketing experience, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, comfortable working across marketing and sales functions.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in event planning, social media management, and digital marketing.
  • A commercially minded, strategic thinker who thrives in a growing business.
