Sales Growth Opportunities

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead and maximize sales opportunities, driving business growth for SariSuki's B2B segment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of success in HoReCa or the food industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, participating in sales events and meetings to stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Sales Lead Generation: Acquire new sales clients and follow up on sales leads to expand our customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences through personalized support.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback to provide valuable insights for business strategies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities, providing regular reports to management highlighting progress, challenges, and prospects.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate sales, preferably in HoReCa or the food industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales activation processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Resourceful and creative, able to develop innovative ideas for sales through different channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
