Job Title: Payments and Channels Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic initiatives related to payments and channels management, ensuring effective implementation and growth of business. The role requires collaboration with various Business Units/Groups to improve employee and customer experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital onboarding processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Formulate directional strategies for digital onboarding and introduce new product enhancements through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers availing assigned products and services, providing oversight on implementation and after-sales.
  • Execute, oversee, and monitor output of internal and external sales promotions/campaigns on deposit generation.
  • Responsible for monitoring and timely execution of projects for further profitability analysis.

Requirements:

  • University graduate from a reputable institution, preferably in a business-related course or marketing.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in the banking industry, preferably with experience in handling digital onboarding, digital payments, POS, and/or digital apps/e-wallets.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to assume end-to-end functions with grit and proactiveness.
