Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler Engineer with a strong Western Australian (AU) background. This role requires expertise in project planning, cost estimation, and construction monitoring to ensure the successful completion of framed/cladding construction and brick veneer projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to assess project requirements, review feasibility, and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Calculate and estimate material quantities, labor costs, and project timeframes.
  • Negotiate labor contracts and create detailed work schedules.
  • Monitor subcontractor activities, ensure compliance with safety practices, and oversee construction progress.
  • Manage material requirements and track changes that may affect costs.
  • Prepare and process labor and supplier accounts for payment.
  • Write detailed cost and progress reports for client updates.
Requirements
  • Western Australian (AU) background is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Databuild software.
  • Strong knowledge of framed/cladding construction and brick veneer projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to start immediately (ASAP).
