Prepare, coordinate, and monitor a project from initial conceptualization to the schedule and final completion of the project. They are involved with the planning of project timeline to assure that the project is accurately completed according to schedule.

II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepares construction schedule.

· Checks the materials take-off/estimates submitted by Project Engineers/Site Engineers and Project In-charge if it is within the approved budget or BOQ of the project.

· Prepares and submits reports regarding the progress and status of the project.

· Reports directly to construction manager.

· Performs quality control and quality assurance.

· Performs other project engineering scope and tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Construction: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (Preferred)
