Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations & Policy Administration
    • Supervise daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits, employee records, and offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruitment & Staffing
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Ensure new employees are properly oriented and onboarded in compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Coordinate with department heads for staffing requirements.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor laws.
    • Ensure due process in disciplinary actions following DOLE and labor code standards.
    • Promote employee engagement programs to strengthen morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management
    • Support compensation planning, salary structuring, and compliance with wage orders and other regulations.
  • Compliance & Government Relations
    • Prepare and submit mandatory HR and labor reports on time.
    • Represent the company during inspections, audits, and hearings before government agencies.
  • Supervisory & Leadership Role
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to HR staff.
    • Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of HR team members.
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management decision-making.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Compliance & Legal
    • Zero major compliance violations or government penalties.
  • Recruitment & Staffing
    • Average recruitment turnaround time (e.g., ___ days depending on role).
    • Percentage of positions filled within agreed lead time (target: ___%).
    • Employee retention rate within the first 6 months of hiring (target: ≥ ___%).
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Resolution of employee grievances within defined timeline (e.g., __ working days).
    • Employee engagement participation rate in programs/initiatives (target: ≥ ___%).
    • Attrition rate maintained within industry benchmark.
  • HR Service & Administration
    • Timely completion of employee records and documentation (100% compliance).
