Job Qualification

  • At least College Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Development Management/Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in a related field, Manpower agency , preferably in the Manufacturing/ Production industry with food processing & food packaging exposure as an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in different job portal site and Dole Compliance

Working Schedule :

  • Willing to work in 6 days a week ( Monday -Saturday )

Job Description

Main Role: Provides universal HR support to all personnel and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment
  • Employee Relations
  • Labor and Dole Compliance
  • Other tasks assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
