Lending Channel Development Manager

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience under sales and/or business development role.
- Self-starter, willing to learn and act fast, and with obsession about the customer.
- Deep understanding of the customer and merchant needs, as well as being abreast with relevant industry trends.
- Cross-functional leadership - Have the credibility and integrity to influence people within the organization; able to guide/coach Account Managers to achieve a consistent high level of performance.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Outstanding presentation skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in managing multiple accounts across different industries, particularly retail.
- Outstanding customer service and ability to multi-task to meet launch dates and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office, Google Apps.
- Experience in FMCG, BNPL, consumer financing, or banking industry is a plus but not required.
