
Recruitment Reporting Analyst

The Recruitment Reports Analyst will be focused on creating, maintaining, and continuously improving on the operational and performance reports communicated by the Recruitment Team as needed by internal and external stakeholders. This role will own reporting templates and ensure that the information shared with recipients are clear, concise, and complete.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES- Responsible for the compilation, delivery, and maintenance of internal and external reports delivered by Satellite Office recruitment function
- Capture and documentation of stakeholders' reporting requirements.
- Periodic inventory and cataloguing of needed data / information based on stakeholders' reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant data sources to continuously improve on data capture process efficiency and integrity.
- Recommend best approach/es to data capture, analysis, and visualization.
- Present and/or explain published analytics to stakeholders when needed.
- Create process flows and documentation for to standardize data capture and ensure timely reports.
- Create reporting improvement roadmap based on current and planned system use, capabilities, and information captured.
- Secure single source of truth, ensuring zero redundancies in data capture and analysis.
- Secure database of captured information and ensure continued integrity through management of accesses and licenses.
- Automate publishing and communication of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in scoping for more efficient and effective reporting tools as part of the team's continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Highly analytical and deep appreciation for analytics and data interpretation.
- Completes work following high quality standards and with attention to detail.
- Confident in exploring new channels and methodologies.

- Graduate of a 4-year course.
- Have 3 to 4 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, and/or extensive, deep, and flexible understanding of Recruitment operations and performance terminologies.
- High interest in data capture, analysis, visualization, and automation.
- Proficient in creating formulas and using programming logic for reporting / automation purposes.
- Proficient in data capture, analysis, and visualization, including (but not limited to) MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and similar platforms (Smartsheet, Google Sheets, etc.); experience in Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
