Data Analysts (DAs) are responsible for managing internal organization databases through various backend tables and joining them to make dashboards ready for others to use. We operate a set of tools which helps a recruitment team to search for the right kind of audience and reach out to them for various studies. A DA role will be a support function to manage the backend of the dashboards and update them with the right kind of database to be available in time for recruitment teams to utilize.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related technical discipline) or equivalent practical experience .
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, working with databases, and querying (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Python etc.)
  • 1 year of experience in front-end data visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, PLX etc.)
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: querying and analyzing datasets (e.g, SQL etc), statistical analysis (e.g. R), and/or data-focused programming (e.g. Python, C/C++).
  • Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift.
