About The Job

The Senior Admin and Facilities Coordinator is the ultimate organizer, involved in the day-to-day operations in order to support the Facilities Management and Employee Experience departments. The ideal candidate will work as a liaison between management and Campus Coordinators, and will work on various tasks to maintain a positive and productive work environment for our employees and client partners.

As Senior Admin and Facilities Coordinator, You Will…

  1. Work collaboratively with the Campus team, primarily supporting Facilities and Employee Experience
  2. Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards of the campus
  3. Monitor and influence employee sentiment and experience through constant positive employee interaction
  4. Assist in planning and facilitating corporate events (ie: Customer Service Week, Thanksgiving, charity initiatives, etc.)
  5. Order supplies, food and other items for client visits or employee experience related activities (ie: events, prizes, incentives, etc.)
  6. Manage Facilities ticket tracking spreadsheets and headset inventory
  7. Work directly with Fulfillment department and manage daily deliveries
  8. Organize and follow-up on multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
  9. Manage Employee Experience toolkit resources
  10. Perform other duties as assigned
As Senior Admin and Facilities Coordinator, You Have…

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  2. Dedicated transportation to support occasional errands (required)
  3. 1-2 years experience in an administrative customer service focused role
  4. Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
  5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  6. An eye for design and exceptional attention to detail
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  8. A love for collaborating with a diverse group of people
  9. Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays (depending on required project deadlines or emergencies)
  10. Motivated to help others thrive at work and maintain a positive attitude
