We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Manager to oversee our office, asset, and facility management functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for our team.

Job Summary:
The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, optimizing asset utilization, and ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment
  • Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures for improved efficiency
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including meetings and events
Asset Management:
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of company assets and equipment
  • Oversee asset allocation, maintenance, and disposal processes
  • Implement asset tracking systems to enhance efficiency and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding asset management
Facility Management:
  • Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with service providers and contractors for facility-related services
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility meets health and safety standards
  • Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvements
Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity
  • Prepare regular reports on administrative operations and performance metrics
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with office and facility operations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of asset and facility management principles
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in office software and management systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
