Job Title: B2B Sales Representative – French Speaker

Department: Sales / Business Development

Reports to: Sales Manager / Team Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused B2B Sales Representative – French Speaker to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by promoting products and services to French-speaking clients in the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and nurture existing accounts in the French-speaking market.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to business clients using strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Operations) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Provide after-sales support and account management to build long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or call center sales environment.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage objections and close deals effectively.
  • Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in international sales or French/European markets.
