Green Wave Ingredients operates as Ingredients Online, a leading B2B e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of raw ingredients in the dietary supplement, food and beverage, animal nutrition, and personal care industries. Our platform provides sellers with access to thousands of qualified U.S. buyers, advanced tools, and ongoing marketing support.
We are expanding our team and are looking for Sales Account Representatives who are confident, sales-driven, and ready to make a difference.
Position Overview
As a Sales Account Representative, your main responsibility is to build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and offer the best solutions through our platform. You'll be contacting leads (provided by us), engaging with them over the phone, and helping them place orders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a phone-based sales role and is driven to close deals.
Please Note:
This is a temporary work-from-home position, but by 2026, the role will transition to a full onsite setup in our future Alabang, Muntinlupa office.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication
- Call and email leads to promote our platform
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Sales & Conversion
- Convert cold leads into active prospects
- Turn accounts into loyal, purchasing customers
- Understand client needs and identify opportunities
Quoting & Orders
- Provide accurate ingredient pricing and availability
- Process new offline purchase orders
Account Handling
- Manage assigned small accounts and help grow their business
- Promote weekly/monthly deals to boost customer engagement
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of phone sales or phone support experience
- Preferably with call center/BPO experience
- Minimum 1 year of order/data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Must be willing to work night shift (PST hours)
- Must have a WFH setup (laptop, stable internet, headset, webcam)
- Must be residing near Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Arrangement
- Work-from-home setup for now
- By 2026, this role will transition to full onsite at our office in Alabang, Muntinlupa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php33,000.00 per month
