Job Title: Senior Group Reservation Specialist/Sales Executive
Qualifications:
  • Strong background in travel, hospitality, or sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage group bookings for 10 or more rooms, including new bookings, inquiries, and existing reservations, ensuring adherence to client quality guidelines.
  • Inform guests of operational policies such as credit card procedures, cancellations, parking, and check-in/check-out times.
  • Monitor sales promotions and advertising efforts using HubSpot.
  • Implement vigilant yield management by selling within rate ranges, maximizing rates, and upselling higher room categories and property facilities like parking, breakfast, and transportation.
  • Communicate yield dates and opportunities to the Revenue Team.
  • Focus on converting inquiries to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Enter reservations accurately into RMS, ensuring all guest information is correct.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, Revenue Manager, or Chief Commercial Officer.
