Sales Head

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead and grow our sales operations in the Moulds, Dies (Sheet Metal), and Tools segment for the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the sheet metal industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the moulds, dies, and tools market across the Delhi NCR region.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to align sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, and Tier-1 suppliers in the automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing industries.
- Promote the company's moulds, dies, and tools portfolio to ensure market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Provide training and support to enhance the team's technical and sales skills.
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure accountability.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and product excellence.
- Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
- Implement CRM tools and reporting systems to track and analyze sales performance.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand visibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting specific markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development in the moulds, dies, and tools industry.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal applications and related manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR region.
