
Sales Chat Support Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a non-voice, chat-based sales account. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert conversations into successful sales, all in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers through live chat to understand their needs and offer appropriate product or service recommendations
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries while promoting sales opportunities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently while handling customer interactions
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a BPO setting (voice or chat support)
- Sales experience is required
- Strong command of written and verbal English communication
- Familiarity with the cloud industry is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure in a dynamic work environment
