What will be your job duties and responsibilities as a member support representative in Cebu?

• Customer Service Support: Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries, processing plan changes, and resolving issues across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, voicemail).
• Sales Support: Engage in product/service sales, making outbound calls/emails to decision-makers, building rapport quickly, assessing needs, and closing sales when appropriate.
• Prospecting & Qualifying: Qualify leads by conducting prospecting and scrubbing of contact information, and engaging with potential customers who are interested in the products or services.
• Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and management of digital campaigns, from initial idea generation through to pitch and qualification of prospects.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by successfully closing deals and achieving sales objectives.
