We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile work environment and can manage tasks autonomously. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and operational support to the director, training manager and regional managers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, adapting to changing needs, and delivering results.
Responsibilities- Support AD/Training and Education Manager/Digital Dawn with management of AppBassador: maintenance and upgrades; content upload; reporting functions; effectiveness/flow of use; creating SOPs; managing budget/billing
- Training Academy Support: create new structure and processes, SOPs; support in building training content in line with brand plans; manage translation requests with budgets/billing; handling training requests and follow-up; training reporting for T&E Manager
- Template creation for Activation briefs in line with regions marketing plans: create template; support RPM in building reports (renders, M&E); advise RPM on reporting
- Global Reports: ADHOC support in creation of global reporting templates; collation from regions on global launches
- Other: manage process for big ideas (sampling kits/travellers sets/WSET); conference support
- An all-rounder with a comprehensive set of administrative skills to effectively support GT administrative tasks and the GT team
